OUR STORY
Shanky’s started with just ₹6,000. At 20, Sahil took a leap of faith, quit his BPO job, and started a cloud kitchen with nothing but his savings, a lot of determination, and a belief that he could build something of his own. The early days were far from easy. Late night orders, long hours, limited resources, endless experiments, and lessons that could only be learned by doing. Every order brought a new challenge, and every challenge brought a little more experience. Four years of showing up, learning, improving, and refusing to give up eventually led to something bigger. In 2024, Shanky’s stepped out of the cloud kitchen and into the real world, opening its doors to people who wanted more than just good food.
OUR VISION
We want Shanky’s to be more than just a place where you come for food. We want it to be a place where people come to hang out, meet new people, make friends, share stories, and create memories. A space where you can grab a burger, chill with your squad, have a random conversation with someone new, or simply feel like you belong. Our vision is to build a community around good food, good energy, and real connections. Because food might bring people to Shanky’s, but the people and the community are what make Shanky’s.
